Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Lesley Ann Brandt, born 2nd December 1981, is a model and actor who has been featured in a variety of TV shows as well as films. Brandt started out her acting with an appearance in New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. After that, she landed her first American performance in Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia. The actress appeared in a number of shows over the past 10 years which included Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt started her role as Mazikeen (the part that was played by Tom Ellis Lauren German, and Kevin Alejandro) in the popular urban fantasy series Lucifer from 2016. Brandt grew up in Cape Town South Africa. As she was in her teens, she moved to Auckland New Zealand along with her mother and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career through ads and commercials. Prior to her rise to recognition as a model, she was employed in sales at retail and also served as an IT recruitment consultant. In 2009 she was offered her first role in Leilani on the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In the year 2021, her first major role came in the role of Naevia the slave girl on the Starz series Spartacus Blood and Sand. The actress has also reprised her Naevia role in the prequel miniseries Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker was her co-star in three TV series which include Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen was cast as a bounty-hunting demon in Netflix's hit show Lucifer. The role she played in Lucifer was the most prestigious that she has played to date. The show co-stars her together with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
